Cohort XII has been working on SOLO ACT, the series they have created during the two years of this MFA program. They wrote a whole season last year, and will be filming the pilot in January. It tells the story of Luci, a young singer/songwriter coming to Brooklyn and trying to plant her flag as an artist.
But neither the Cohort – nor the character Luci! – wanted to wait for the big shoot… and, along with other LIU students, they filmed a music video all around BROOKLYN!
Starring singer and activist GUITAR GABBY, and directed by LA filmmaker ALEX MUSCA, our music video features Luci singing and filming YOUR ADDICTIONS IN PARALLEL LIFE in New York City for the very first time!
